RESOLUTION NO. 90-1
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REGARDING THE PAIXMAR AIRPORT ROAD WEST ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
I WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsba

desirable and in the public interest to approve CE g
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it neces 8
Airport Road West Assessment District, Project No. 3151; anc 7
previously awarded a contract for the construction of the PE

modifications and additions to said project; and
WHEREAS, costs relating to said modifications have
negotiated with the project contractor resulting in Change
Nos. 10, 11 and 12, for said project; and
WHEREAS, said project is hereby complete; and
WHEREAS, said project requires modifications tc
funding appropriations to reflect additional available pr
funding .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

authorized and directed to execute said Change Orders. 23

and directed to increase Purchase Order No. 5744 a tot
$277,316.02 to reflect the approval of said Change Orders.
5. That in accordance with the provisions of Cai
Ordinance No. NS-55, and Section 3.28.080 and Section 3.28.:
the Carlsbad Municipal Code, the City Manager's authorit
approving change orders for this project up to a limit of $:

accepted by the City of Carlsbad and the City Clerk is
authorized and directed to record the Notice of Completion.
7. That the City Council does hereby appro
$310,000 of earned interest on the project bond funds 1
