A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF CDBG PEDESTRIAN RAMP
IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 3739
6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
7 determined it necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to
8 construct CDBG Pedestrian Ramp Improvements.
9 WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all
10 labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and other
11 expenses necessary or incidental for said project, Project No.
12 3739, have been prepared and are on file in the Engineering
13 Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by
14 reference herein;
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
16 of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
17 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
18 2. The specifications as presented are hereby approved.
19 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
20 authorized and directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with
21 law, Notice to Contractors inviting bids for the construction of

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting 01
Carlsbad City Council held on the 9th day of January
1990 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larsor
NOES: None
