RESOLUTION NO. 90-7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
DISPOSAL OF ASSETS SEIZED UNDER THE ASSET FORFEITURE LAW
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR

receives temporary custody of seized assets: and 5
WHEREAS, under the Asset Forfeiture Law the City of Carlsl

vehicle may take one to two years or more; and 7
WHEREAS, the due process to obtain permanent custody of 1
8 WHEREAS, this property must be properly inventoried <
9 secured before final disposition; and
10 WHEREAS, this property is now stored in a parking lo1
11 subject to the elements--in a semi-secure condition;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of 1
