RESOLUTION NO. 90-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS TO THE AGUA HEDIONDA PUMP STATION, PROJECT NO. 3303
6 I/ WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Carl
7 /I California, has determined it is necessary, desirable, and i

public interest to advertise for the construction of improve
to the Agua Hedionda Sewage Pump Station; and
lo // WHEREAS, the four (4) sealed bids were receivc
11// November 8, 1989 for the project; and
I.2 /I WHEREAS, the low bid for the project was submitted k
1311 Contracting, Incorporated, in the amount of $871,045.65.
