WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering a 9

submitted by staff, and considering any written comments received, the Cit

approval of said Negative Declaration; and 15
Planning Commission Resolution No. 2960 granting Planning Commissiol
NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved by the City Council of the Cit

2) That the Negative Declaration issued by the Planning Director o
December 6, 1989 was prepared in compliance with the Californi
Environmental Quality Act and Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipi
Code.
3) That there is no substantial evidence that the project as conditione
may have a significant effect on the environment.
4) That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad incorporates into thi
resolution Planning Commission Resolution No. 2960 includin
findings contained therein.
