RESOLUTION NO. 90 - 78
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING TEN POLICE
VEHICLES SURPLUS, AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
SAID VEHICLES TO THE INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION
OF MEXICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND TOURISM,
TIJUANA CHAPTER, (CANACO), FOR DISTRIBUTION
TO THE CITY OF TIJUANA'POLICE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
determined certain police vehicles are surplus; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the City of Carlsba
sell these items to the International Federation of Mex
Chamber Of Commerce and Tourism, Tijuana Chapter, for distribu
to the City of Tijuana Police Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1- That the above recitations are true and correct,
2. That the items listed in Exhibit IIAVI be declared surp
