RESOLUTION NO. 9 0 - 2 9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE ABOVE GROUND
ENCROACHMENT FOR 2246 JANIS WAY. 1
4 WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Redding have submitted a request to allow an e

above ground decorative pilaster and block wall ranging from 5.5 feet to 6.7 fee
7
and a 1.5 foot high planter wall within the right of way along the south side c
8 property at 2246 Janis Way; and
9 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the encroachment WOI

interfere with the City's ability to use the right of way;

15 2. That the Request for Encroachment Permit for Mr. and Mrs. Red
16 maintain the decorative fence and planter in the right of way along the south
l7 their property at 2246 Janis Way is approved subject to the conditions of the s

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of C:
