RESOLUTION NO. 90-31
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE
SETTLEMENT OF SAHAGUN V. CITY N43834
WHEREAS, on recommendation of special counsel thc
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has determir
approve a settlement in the case entitled Sahaqun v. City
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correc
