RESOLUTION NO. go--33
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING OUT OF STATE
TRAVEL TO ATTEND DETENTION BASIN DESIGN SEMINAR.
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concu:
is desirable and in the public interest for a City staff member to attend a detentj
design seminar; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and other professional engineers haw
recommended the specific seminar to be held on March 12, 13, 14 and 15, 199
Vegas, Nevada.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council hereby authorizes out of state travel for
Engineering Department Staff member to attend a detention basin design semina
Vegas, Nevada.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlst
Council held on the 20th day of February, 1990 by the following vote, to wit
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and
NOES: None
