RESOLUTION NO. 90-40
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
FOUR (4) EASEMENTS REQUIRED OF THE FUTURE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE JAMES DRIVE STORM
DRAIN, PROJECT NO. 3224
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbz
determined it necessary, desirable, and in the public interc
construct an extension of the James Drive Storm Drain SI
Project No. 3224; and
WHEREAS, four (4) easements have been secured for
pro j ect .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That four (4) easements for the City's future extc
of the James Drive Storm Drain System are hereby accepted an
City Clerk is authorized and directed to have same recorded
the San Diego County Recorders Office. Following recordati
said documents, the City Clerk is further authorized and dir
to forward copies of the documents to the following:
Goitia, Luis and Gloria, 1620 Chestnut Avenue, Carl
California, 92008 (APN: 205-220-45).
Palenscar, William and Eleanor, 3788 Highland Drive, Carl
California, 92008 (APN: 205-220-62).
Carlsbad Unified School District, 801 Pine Avenue, Carl
California, 92008 (APN: 205-220-33).
