RESOLUTION NO. 90-41
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A COVENANT FOR
EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES, MS 816.
4 WHEREAS, Brian S. Sullivan has submitted a Grant Deed creating a cov

easement to the real property described in Exhibit "A" for drainage purposes, bc
7
the real property described in Exhibit "B", to which the City of Carlsbad is a
8 // interest; and
9 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to
10 public interest to accept said Covenant for Easement;
11 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (

14 I1 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
