A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEMS AT CARLSBAD BLVD. AND CEREZO DR. AND MONROE ST. AND CHESTNUT AVE., PROJECT NOS. 3333 AND 3318
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carl

Nos. 3333 and 3318; and 9
and Cerezo Drive and Chestnut Avenue and Monroe Street, Pr 8
for construction of a traffic signal system at Carlsbad Boul
10 WHEREAS, the low 'bid received for the constructil

Account No. 320-820-1840-3333 for the construction of Car, 17
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $75,000 are availab 16
of the Monroe Street and Chestnut Avenue signal; and 15

WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $100,000 are avai 13
