RESOLUTION NO. 90-52
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
BIDS AND AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE CDBG PEDESTRIAN
ACCESS RAMPS, PROJECT NO. 3739
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Car:
for the construction of the CDBG Pedestrian Access Ramps, PI
No. 3739; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive, responsible bid re(
for the construction of said project was submitted by Manuel i
Construction, in the amount of $28,861.50 for Alternate B; i
WHEREAS, funds are available in Project Account No
820-1840-3739 for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council 1
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
