RESOLUTION NO. 9 0 -5 7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR
CONSULTANT TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH JHK
AND ASSOCIATES.
4 11 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to t

WHEREAS, an acceptable agreement has been negotiated with JHK and Assc
