RESOLUTION NO. 90-58
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR CHILD CARE CONSULTING SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is desirable i
necessary to retain the services of a Child Care Consultant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of t
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council approves an agreement authorizing t
retention of International Child Resource Institute for chi
care consulting services.
3. That funds are avail ab1 e in account number 001-820-1610-247
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Ci
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, on the 13th day of Marc1
1990 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Pettine, Marnaux and Larson
