RESOLUTION NO. 90-64
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AGREEMENTS
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND MICHAEL BRANDMAN
AND ASSOCIATES; AND THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND
MORRISON HOMES, FOR CONSULTING SERVICES TO REVISE THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR EVANS POINT
CT 89-8.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That certain agreements between the City of Carlsbal
and Michael Brandman and Associates (MBA); and the City o
Carlsbad and Morrison Homes, Inc., for consulting services tm
revise the existing Environmental Impact Report for Evan
Point, copies of which are on file in the office of the Cit
Clerk, and incorporated herein by reference, are hereb
approved.
2. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereb
authorized and directed to execute said agreements for and o
behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of th
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, on the m
day of March , 1990.
