RESOLUTION NO. 90-65
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AMENDED AGREEMENTS
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND COTTON/BELAND
ASSOCIATES, INC., AND THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND ODMARK AND THEW AND THE DAVIDSON COMPANIES PARTNERSHIP FOR CONSULTING SERVICES TO PREPARE THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE BROCCATO
AT BATIOUITOS SHORES PROJECT.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That certain agreements between the City o
Carlsbad and Cotton/Beland Associates, Inc, and the City o
Carlsbad and Odmark and Thelan and the Davidson Companie
Partnership for consulting services to prepare th
Environmental Impact Report for the Broccato at Batiquito
Shores Project, copies of which are on file in the office o
the City Clerk, and incorporated herein by reference, ar
hereby approved.
2. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereb
authorized and directed to execute said agreements for and o
behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of th
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, on the 20
day of March , 1990, by the following vote, to wit
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larso
