i RESOLUTION NO. 90-66
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AGREEMENTS
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND COTTON/BELAND/
ASSOCIATES; AND THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE
FIELDSTONE COMPANY, FOR CONSULTING SERVICES TO
REVISE THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR
THE RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD REALIGNMENT PROJECT.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
/does hereby resolve as follows:

1. That certain agreements between the City of Carlsbal

and Cotton/Beland/Associates, Inc. , and the City of Carlsbal
and The Fieldstone Company, for consulting services to prepar,
the Environmental Impact Report for the realignment of Ranchl

Santa Fe Road, copies of which are on file in the office of th'
City Clerk, and incorporated herein by reference, are hereb,
approved.
