RESOLUTION NO. 90-77
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING DONATIONS
TOTALING TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS fSlO.000)
WHEREAS, ten thousand eight hundred and eighty six
dollars ($10,000) was raised toward the purchase of a mini
bus; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept these
donations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of
Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the City Council accept the donations of ten
thousand dollars ($10,000) on behalf of the citizens of
the City of Carlsbad.
2. The Finance Director is directed ' to deposit
donations for the purchase of the mini van in the Senior
Trust Fund Account (880-519-9203-0000).
3. Upon acceptance of the Fieldstone Company matching
contribution, the Director of Purchasing is authorized to

solicit bids for the purchase of a mini bus for the Senior
Program.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on
27th day of March , 1990, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Mamaux and Larson
NOES : None
