RESOLUTION NO. 90-85
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A LOCAL TECHNICAL
ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN DIEGO
ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it tc
public interest to obtain data generated by computer transportation modeling pr
the San Diego Association of Governments Local Technical Assistance Progran
WHEREAS, an acceptable agreement has been negotiated with S,
Association of Governments to perform said services;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City oi
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Local Technical Assistance Agreement for the Prepa
Circulation Plan Forecasts with the San Diego Association of Governments is a
