RESOLUTION NO. 90-1 QO
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAI
CALIFORNIA APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR LOCAL FA
MANAGEMENT PLAN 15.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad did on the 10th c
April , 1990, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to
said request: and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all tl
and arguments, examining the initial study, analyzing the information submittec
and considering any written comments received, the City Council considered 2
relating to the Negative Declaration including Planning Commission Resolution
granting Planning Commission approval of said Negative Declaration; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved by the City Council of thl
Carlsbad, California as follows:
1) That the above recitations are true and correct.
2) That the Negative Declaration issued by the Planning Dirc
December 6, 1989 was prepared in compliance with the (
Environmental Quality Act and Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipz
3) That there is no substantial evidence that the project as conditio 1 have a significant effect on the environment.
4) That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad incorporates
resolution Planning Commission Resolution No. 2971 including
contained therein.
