HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-04-10; City Council; Resolution 90-101*.# k 0 a 1 ll RESOLUTION NO. 90-101 2 3 4 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ClN OF CAF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PU LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 15. WHEREAS, a Local Facilities Management Plan has been prepared fc 6 7 Facilities Management Zone 15 in accordance with Chapter 21.90 of the C 9 8 Municipal Code; and 10 11 12 13 WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was issued by the Planning Dire 14 December 6,1989 indicating that the Local Facilities Management Plan is not ant l5 to have any significant adverse impact on the environment; and 16 17 18 19 to be heard; WHEREASi the Planning Commission did on February 7, 1990 hold noticed public hearing as required by law to consider said plan and at the cor of the hearing adopted Resolution No. 2972 making findings and recommend the City Council adopt a plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council at their meeting of April 10, 1990 helc noticed public hearing and considered all testimony and arguments of anyone ( 20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of. 21 22 of Carlsbad, California as follows: 23 1) That the above recitations are true and correct. No. 2972 also constitute the findings and conditions of the City C 24 2) That the findings and conditions of the Planning Commission in Re: 25 ' 26 27 I 3) That the Local Facilities Management Plan for Zone 15 dated Febl 1990 on file with the City Clerk and incorporated herein by refer1 hereby approved.
