RESOLUTION NO. 90-103
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REFERENCING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE AND DIRECTING CALL
FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Car:
California has heretofore instituted proceedings unde~
provisions of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913",
Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the Sta
California, for the construction of certain public wor:
improvement in a special assessment district known and desi!

ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 88-1
(ALGA ROAD)
(hereinafter referred to as the llAssessment District"; and
WHEREAS, at this time there have been submitted for
review the plans and specifications for the works of impro\
in the Assessment District; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of this City Council tc
for sealed proposals or bids for the doing of said wor:
improvements in said Assessment District; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to determine the prevailinc
of wages for the various classifications of workmen required :
performance of said work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and corn

SECTION 3. That it is hereby determined and ascer
that the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the la

in full in the Bid Documents in the Specifications as previ
