RESOLUTION NO. 90-99
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT
OF PARKS AND RECREATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PHASE IV, DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbz
determined it necessary, desirable, and in the public interc
construct Phase IV of the Streetscape Program on property ow1
the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the State of California has offered the Ci
rights to construct the improvements on State land for publ.
and benefit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad 1
finds it necessary, desirable and in the public interest to (

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the operating and maintenance agreement betwe
City of Carlsbad and the State of California, Department of

3. That following the execution of said agreement, th
