A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CmBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE POLICE
ASSET FORFEITURE FUND FOR THE
SUPPORT OF POLICE ACTMTIES

WHEREAS, from time to time the City of Carlsbad receives fund:
9 WHEREAS, said funds must be restricted to use in supporting

police activities including the acquisition of equipment, supplies or
service; and
WHEREAS, the appropriation of said funds is necessary before
any expenditure of funds can take place; and
WHEREAS, the Police Forfeiture Asset Fund has an available fund
balance of $35,449.
~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
