A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
ONE MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-94, AND APPOINTING
