A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.

WHEREAS, the Henry and Itsuko Yada have submitted a Grant Deed con
easement to the City of Carlsbad for roadway purposes over a portion of Lot 30, F
Addition; and
7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in
8 interest to accept said Deed;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

California, as follows:
