RESOLUTION NO. 90-144
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE QUITICLAIM OF
A GENERAL UTILTIY EASEMENT.
4 WHEREAS, Falcon Hills Inc. has submitted a request for quitclaim of a public
5 easement over a portion of Lot 7 of Map No. 4415; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be
public interest to quitclaim said easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ca.

1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 11

3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed and the City (
hereby authorized to forward the executed quitclaim deed to Falcon Hills I
recording in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of Cal
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsb;
Council held on the 22nd day of May , 1990 by the following vote, to wit:
