That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the City Council of the City of Carl California, hereby finds and determines that the public he safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wire associated structures, and the underground installation of and facilities for supplying electric, communication or simil associated service in the above-described area. 3. That said area is hereby declared to be an underg utility district, and is designated as Underground Utility Dis No. 12 of the City of Carlsbad. 4. That the City Council finds that said District is i: public interest for one of the following reasons: A. It will eliminate an unusually heavy concentr* of overhead electric facilities. B. The streets in the District are extensively us the general public and carry a heavy volum pedestrian or vehicular traffic. C. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to notif affected utilities and all persons owning real property w Underground Utility District No. 12 of the adoption of resolution within ten (10) days after the date of such adoy: Such notification shall be made by mailing a copy of resolution together with a copy of Chapter 11.08 of the Car Municipal Code to affected property owners as such are shown c last equalized assessment roll and to the affected utilities 6. That the City Council does hereby order said remove installation within said District.
