A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, UPHOLDING A PLANNING
COMMISSION DECISION TO APPROVE A TENTATIVE MAP
TO SUBDIVIDE A 1.51 ACRE PARCEL INTO FIVE
SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LOTS LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF BUENA VISTA AVENUE BETWEEN ARLAND
AND VALLEY STREET.

WHEREAS, on April 18, 1990, the Carlsbad Planning CommisE
adopted Resolution Nos. 3011 and 3012 approving the Negat

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on
22, 1990, considered an appeal of the Planning Commission decis
to approve CT 89-32; and
WHEREAS, upon considering the request, the City Cour
considered all factors relating to the Tentative Map appeal.
14 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Coun
