A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD. CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
3 I\ WHEREAS, Robert A. Perkins and Martie Perkins have submitted a Grant D

Subordination Agreement conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for strec
6 way purposes over a portion of 4030 Park Drive; and
7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in 1
8 interest to accept said Deed;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

'I. )I 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the Grant Deed from Robert A. Perkins and Martie Perkins, dat 13

on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted. l6
