RESOLUTION NO. 90-163
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE FIVE- YEAR TRANSNET LOCAL AND THE COMBINED ROAD PLAN
PROJECTS STREET AND ROADS PROGRAM OF THE
PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEARS 1991 THROUGH 1995
WHEREAS, on November 3 , 1987 ,. the voters of San

Ordinance and Expenditure Plan: and 8
County approved the San Diego Transportation Improvement PI
9 WHEREAS, the Ordinance provides that the I

Commission shall annually approve a program of projects sub]
fiscal years 1991 through 1995; and 16

4. That pursuant to Section 8 of the Trc
Ordinance, the City of Carlsbad certifies that the required mj
annual level of local discretionary funds to be expended for I
and road purposes will be met throughout the five-year 1
consistent with Maintenance of Effort Requirements adopted 1
SANDAG Commission on June 24, 1988.
5. That pursuant to Section 9 of the Tri
Ordinance, the City of Carlsbad certifies that TransNet
programmed in the attached Five-Year Program of Projects 1
replace private developer funding which has been or wi
committed for any project.
6. That the City of Carlsbad does hereby certij
other applicable provisions of the TransNet Ordinance have
met.
