SDP 86-2 (A) - AVIARA WHEREAS, on April, 4, 1990 the Carlsbad Planning Commiss 8 9 adopted Resolution No. 3001 recommending approval of an amendn to SDP 86-2(A) ; and 10 11 12 13 14 WHEREAS, a Notice of Prior Compliance has been issued the Planning Director on March 14, 1990, and recommended approval by the Planning Commission on April 4, 1990.
