RESOLUTION NO. 90-168
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR EL CAMINO REAL AND PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD, PROJECT NO. 3166
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requires the servi

a professional design engineering consultant to prepare
