A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE
AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council, has determined that it is

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR
CONSULTING TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES
This supplement to the agreement with BOUMAN AND ASSOCIATES, INC
dated June 1, 1987, amends Section 3. FEES PAID TO THE
CONSULTANT, paragraph D., to read as follows:
D. The maximum fees payable under this contract are
$22,500.
