A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE CONSULTANT
AGREEMENT FOR THE 1990 GROWTH MANAGEMENT
PLAN TRAFFIC MONITORING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad previously so
proposals from qualified consulting traffic engineering firms to perform the
monitoring program of the Growth Management Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby finds it necc
desirable and in the public interest to extend the consultant agreement with J
Associates of San Diego, California to provide services for said project; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has previously collected Traffic Impact Fees tc
said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Car
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That one-half of the services ($13,850) will be charged to the !
Carlsbad Growth Management Plan Traffic Monitoring Program (31 1-820-1 840-3316
one-half to the North Carlsbad Growth Management Plan Traffic Monitoring Prc
(312-820-1840-3316), for a total agreement of $27,700.
3. That the consultant agreement with JHK & Associates is hereby app
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said

agreement. Following the Mayois signature of said agreement, the City Clerk is j 1
