A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN FILES
WHEREAS, maintaining a1 1 obsol ete f i 1 es , correspondence and paper:

WHEREAS, the documents 1 isted on Exhibit "A", attached hereto anc 7
is uneconomical ; and
8 made a part hereof, have been reviewed by the Finance Director; and
9 WHEREAS, the Finance Director recommends that a1 1 documents 1 istec

Government Code Section 34090 for destruction; and 11
on Exhibit "A" are no longer required, and meet the requirements oi

documents 1 isted on Exhi bit "A". 13
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has consented to the destruction of thest
documents listed on Exhibit "A", attached hereto. 18
2. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to destroy the 17
1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 16

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 14
19 I PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
20 Council of the City of Carlsbad on the Igth day of June
21 -9 1990, by the following vote, to wit:
22 AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
