RESOLUTION NO. 90-179
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH BSI CONSULTANTS, INCORPORATED, FOR THE DESIGN OF THE OAK AVENUE
STORM DRAIN AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
