RESOLUTION NO. 90-188
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING STAFF TO PURSUE THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CITYWIDE PLAN TO PROTECT THE CALIFORNIA BLACKTAILED GNATCATCHER AND APPROPRIATING
UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE FOR STAFF TO
HIRE A CONSULTANT AND TO PROCEED WITH
INITIAL WORK.
$10,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsl:

California has determined that it is beneficial to pursue the j

WHEREAS, a proposed program has been developed by
12 City's environmental consultant; and

22 account to cover costs related to the hiring of a consultant
23 proceeding with the preliminary steps in developing a plan.
