A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REVISING THE SALARY
FOR COUNCIL APPOINTED OFFICIALS.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to make adjustments in
7 compensation for Council appointed officials.
8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
9 Carlsbad as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the salary for City Council appointed officials effective
13

City Attorney $3,902 biweekly 15
City Manager $4,024 biweekly

3. City Council appointed officials shall receive the benefits of the Manag 16
modified for the City Manager by his employment agreement. 21
January 1, 1990, shall be as follows:
Compensation Plan, except:
a. Section H shall not apply. Separation of the City Manager and (
Attorney is controlled by Municipal Code Chapters 2.12 and 2.14 respectively as

month equal to the subsidy for management employee plus two dependents in lie

coverage under the City's health and medical insurance plan provided by Section
26 4. The City Manager shall receive a car allowance of $250 per month. TI

4 Executive Director for the Housing and Redevelopment Commission.
5 7. That an annual review of performance and salary for the City Manager
