A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE
ORDER FOR A TRACTOR WITH LOADER.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, C
as follows:
1. That the bid of Empire Tractor Company, 1480 Nandina .
Perris, CA 92370 for the tractor with loader is hereby accepted and the Purchasing
is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Order in the amount of $24,534.64.
