RESOLUTION NO. 90-219
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE
ORDER FOR A STENCIL TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Cal
as follows:
1. That the bid of Roadline Products Inc., 13253 Stanbridge, Down
90242 for the sign stencil truck is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is
authorized to execute a Purchase Order in the amount of $39,737.35.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
Carlsbad City Council held on the lothday of July , 1990 by the fo
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
