RESOLUTION NO. 90-220
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR FARADAY AVENUE AND COLLEGE BOULEVARD TRAFFIC SIGNALS, PROJECT NO. 3339.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsb;
determined it necessary, desirable, and in the public inter
adopt contract Change Order No. 2.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that sufficient fund
available for transfer from the College Boulevard/Palomar A
Road traffic signal account.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsba
determined it necessary, desirable, and in the public inter
approve contract Change Order No. 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED' by the City Council of th
of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign Change
No. 2 to the Faraday Avenue and College Boulevard signal COI
Project No. 3339.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad at its regular meeting held on the 10th I
