RESOLUTION NO. 90-221
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING
CERTAIN CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS TO
THE ENGINEER'S "REPORT" IN A SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFOF
has previously adopted its Resolution of Intention pursuani
the provisions of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913", k
Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the Stat'
California, for the construction of certain works of improvc
in a special assessment district known and designate(
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 88-1 (ALGA ROAD) (hereinafter referre
as the "Assessment District"); and
WHEREAS, based upon the presentation and recommendation
staff and available documentation, it now appears that
changes and modifications as set forth in the amended assess
roll, as presented herein, should be approved and ordered t
done.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true
correct.
SECTION 2. That all changes and modifications as set f
in the final assessment roll and Engineer's "Report" as here
submitted are hereby ordered and authorized to be made. For
particulars, reference is made to said "Report" as he.
