A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA OPPOSING THE USE OF STRAY ANIMALS FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cal
California is opposed to the use of unclaimed animals imy
from territory within the City of Carlsbad for research pul
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and corn
2. That the County of San Diego and the North Sal
10 County Animal Shelter be discouraged from selling or givir
11 any unclaimed or stray animals in their possession which ha1
