RESOLUTION NO. 90-234
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE CHILD CARE COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the term of Merry L'Esperance expires in July, 1990; an(
WHEREAS, Section 2.30.030 requires that all appointments after thc
appointments shall be for terms of four years; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Sunset C1 ause contained in Section ;
the Chapter (and therefore the Commission) will terminate in July 1991
extended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a m
the Child Care Commission for a term which shall expire in July, 1994, ur
Commission terminates earlier:
Merry L'Esperance
