A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING A
CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE TYLER STREET ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 3738
