RESOLUTION NO. 90-245
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE STREETS OVERLAY PROGRAM,
PROJECT NO. U”26
WHEREAS, the construction of the Streets Overlay P
has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, all project costs are established an
available balance of Account No. 001-820-5111-2412 is suffici
pay final construction costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and corrc
2. That the Council approves Change Order Nos. 4
and authorizes the Mayor to execute said change orders. Fol:
the Mayor’s signature, the City Clerk is directed to retul
said change orders to the Utilities and Maintenance Departmer
processing.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad,
California is hereby requested and authorizedto execute the b
of Completion and have same recorded.
