RESOLUTION NO. 90-256
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CERTIFYING ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT REPORT, EIR 86-2, FOR A PROJECT GENERALLY
INCLUDING 1,076 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGS, A
RECREATION/DAYCARE CENTER, 2 SCHOOL SITES AND 2 POTENTIAL CHURCH SITES ON PROPERTY LOCATED
EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL, NORTH OF OLIVENHAIN ROAD,
AND WEST OF RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Cit:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. That the findings and conditions of the Plannins

Report, EIR 86-2, is certified and approved. 23
