RESOLUTION NO. 90-257
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT
OF THE GENERAL PLAN (GPA/LU 88-1, ARROYO LA COSTA) TO CHANGE LAND USE DESIGNATIONS ON PROPERTY LOCATED
EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL, NORTH OF OLIVENHAIN ROAD,
AND WEST OF RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD.

a duly advertising public hearing to consider an amendment tc 7
WHEREAS, the City Council did on July 31, 1990 hold
the Land Use Element of the General Plan (GPA/LU 88-1) and at
9 said time received the recommendations, objections, protests
lo and comments of all interested persons desiring to be heard;
11 and
12 WHEREAS, the City Council considered the proposec
13 /I change to the Land Use Element of the General Plan.
14 /I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council 01
15 I/ the City of Carlsbad, California as follows:

A. That the above recitations are true and correct,
B. That the findings of the Planning Commission as
l8 I1 set forth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 3030 (GPA/LT.
19 I 88-1) constitute the findings of the City Council.
